Shipping to the United States

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 12-20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7-12 business days

Please note: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner and may originate from international locations. Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order: All orders include free tracking. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Items that don't match the product description
  • Wrong items received
  • Products you're not satisfied with (in original condition)

How to Start a Return:

  2. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective
  3. Tell us the reason for your return
  4. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:

  • Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund—your choice!

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
